Performance Warranty

Warranty conditions:

The seller (Heizungsregelung24 GmbH Ingenieurbüro Thomas Kunkel) offers Europe-wide a 2-year performance warranty on the advertised goods with the guarantee promise. The deadline for calculating the guarantee period begins with the date of invoice. Within this period, occur functional problems, granted the seller as guarantor under the guarantee of the following services, at his discretion:

- Free repair of the goods or

- Free exchange of goods for an equivalent product (possibly also a succeeding model, as long as the original goods is no longer available).

- Refund of the full purchase price

Warranty claims are excluded for damage to the goods

- Misuse or improper handling
- Environmental influences (moisture, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.)
- Non-compliance with any safety precautions
- Failure to comply with the operating instructions
- The use of violence (e.g. shock, impact, case)
- Attempting to repair attempts

A claim of warranty presupposes that the guarantor examining the warranty claim is made possible by sending in the product. It should be ensured that damage during transit through an appropriate package can be avoided.

To apply for the guarantee, you must enclose a copy of the original invoice of the shipment. Please understand that the seller without settling this invoice copy may reject the warranty. The sending of the copy of the invoice is used to calculate the warranty period. Furthermore, you should report the name and address of the seller, provided that this should not result from the attached invoice copy.

If this is a legitimate warranty claim, the warranty processing for you freight paid. Possibly costs paid by you shipping costs will be reimbursed by the guarantor.

Note:

Your statutory rights against us from the purchase contract concluded with us are restricted by this warranty promise in no way. In particular, possible existing statutory warranty rights against us unaffected by this warranty promise.
If the purchased item is defective, you can keep therefore in any case to us in the framework of statutory guarantee, regardless of whether a warranty claim exists or the warranty claim is made.
